Manage cohorts, companies, members, and roles
Your account is signed in but doesn’t have admin privileges. Ask an existing admin to grant you the admin role if you need to manage cohort members.
Assign each new member to a company below before they can submit benchmark data.

Cohort analysis of a finished quarter: three monthly rows collapsed per metric, out-of-range values excluded, and every figure compared with the quarter before. Generate it once the quarter is complete, then keep it as the record of what the numbers were when the group discussed them.
Three monthly chases for the previous month's figures, on the working days you set below. A company that has already entered the month is never written to, and neither is one that has been sent that stage already.
Counted in working days from the start of the month, so the first chase on working day 10 lands mid-month whatever the calendar does. Stages must run in order. Saving changes when the next chase goes out, not who gets it.

Values outside the range definitions.html specifies, and companies
that have members but have not submitted. One out-of-range value distorts the
cohort average for everyone, so these are worth clearing before a peer group meeting.

Cohorts are peer groups. A member only sees benchmark data from companies in their own cohort, admins see everything. The full lifecycle is right here: create a cohort › assign companies › invite members from the form above › assign each to a company. No need to log into Supabase for any of it.
